Arts Attack Teacher of the Month – September
Arts Attack Teacher of the Month!
The Arts Attack Curriculum has been taught in classrooms, virtual classrooms, after-school programs, co-ops, and homeschool settings for over 20 years. There have been so many wonderful teachers, parents, and volunteers who have used our program to bring the arts to education. We thank all of them and would like to introduce one special teacher each month as our “Teacher of the Month”!
My name is Samuel Korth and I teach 6th grade at St. Paul’s Lutheran School in Saginaw, MI. I love sports (both playing and coaching), working in the yard (I once won a “Best Lawn in the Neighborhood” trophy designed, created, and presented to me by my family), and exercising for the sole purpose of eat whatever I want.
I have been using Arts Attack for four years now and it has been an amazing resource for our classroom. The videos are solid and the projects are both challenging and enjoyable.
The students love Fridays because of Art class (and probably because it’s the weekend). They laughed so hard as they drew their people contours.
We display our projects in the hallway and as the older students walk by, they always stop and reminisce about the time they created that project and how much fun they all had.
